Brainstorm on Localization tool requirements

(from a translator point of view)

• not a desktop application, web-based (don't want to download)
• easy to use
• function that by highlighting a word with a mouse it can translate it (this function is possible with google translate). If you point your mouse to individual word, it will show the translate at a 'word' level.
• Colour - coding for place-markers and notes(comments) within the text  (this is a function that ipad books has for reading. It is possible)
