Member

Anyone can be a "member" and see reports that they created. They cannot, however, see anyone else's reports

Members can view their own reports. If they submit a report, our
Uchaguzi community will review as per the steps below. They cannot view or download other people's reports. They cannot approve or verify reports.

Partner

This team can view all reports.

They can view all reports, but cannot edit reports.

Media Monitoring Team

This team can view all reports including Member reports, create reports and edit reports.

They review monitor social media, review reports, add any corroborating evidence. They cannot download reports. They cannot approve or verify reports. They follow processes under Uchaguzi Media Monitoring Team

SMS Team

This team can view member reports including Member reports, create reports and edit reports

They review "Messages" or SMS reports.  They cannot download reports. They cannot approve or verify reports. They follow processes under Uchaguzi SMS Team

Translation Team

This team can view all reports including Member reports and can edit reports. On special instances depending on translation, they may create new reports.

This team translates all reports. They cannot view or download reports. They cannot approve or verify reports. They follow processes under Uchaguzi Translation Teams

Geolocation Team

This team can view and edit all reports.

This team geolocates reports. They cannot view or download other people's reports. They cannot approve or verify reports. They follow process under Uchaguzi Geolocation Team

Reports Team

This team can view and edit all reports.

They can edit and view reports. They can approve reports but not verify reports. They follow process under Uchaguzi Reports Team

Verification Team

This team can view and edit all reports.

They can edit and view reports. They can approve reports and verify reports. They adhere processes as described under Uchaguzi Verification Team

Analysis And Research Team

This team can view and edit all reports. They do not, however, edit reports.

They can edit, view or download reports. They adhere to the processes under Uchaguzi Analysis and Research Team

SuperAdmin (Technical team)

This role is for Ushahidi staff, Ushahidi Trusted Developers from the Community and the  Uchaguzi co-leads.

This is full deployment access. For security reasons, this level of access if very limited. see Uchaguzi Who Does What for more details. This is basically for the technical team.
