To have your pull reports via email, you'll need to update the email settings for your deployment.
Steps
- Go to the email configuration page on http://yourdeployment/admin/settings/email
 - Enter your email username and password (note that this to refer to the site email address set up on http://yourdeployment/admin/settings/site)
 - Enter the email server host, port, type and if it supports SSL - check with your email provider in case you're not sure about these.
 - Click on "Test Settings" to make sure your credentials work
